2,6-吡啶-二甲酰肼间羟基苯甲醛腙的合成及其对Cu^(2+)的识别

摘　　要：2,6-吡啶-二甲酸经酯化得到2,6-吡啶-二甲酸二甲酯,进一步肼解得到2,6-吡啶-二甲酰肼,最后与3-羟基苯甲醛缩合得到2,6-吡啶-二甲酰肼间羟基苯甲醛腙(L),并对其结构进行了表征。紫外光谱滴定表明,Cu^(2+)和L以3:2结合,L具有识别Cu^(2+)的性质,Co^(2+)和Ni^(2+)对Cu^(2+)识别有一定的影响。Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylicacid was esterified to form dimethylpyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylate,and pyridine-2,6-methyl diformhydrazide was formed with the hydrazinolysis reaction of dimethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate,then the product was condensed to form the pyridine- 2,6-methyl diformhydrazide m-hydroxybenzaldehyde hydrazone with 3-phydroxybenzaldehyde（L）, and the structure of product was characterized.The UV spectra titration showed the combination was 3：2 between copper（Ⅱ） and L,and L can recognize the property of copper（Ⅱ）,and cobalt（Ⅱ） and nickel（Ⅱ） had the certain effects on copper（Ⅱ）.
