摘 要:研究了在醋酸缓冲介质中,盐酸羟胺还原Cu^(2+)定量所形成CuSCN的共振散射光谱。确定了散射光强度与溶液中盐酸羟胺浓度的关系。提出了共振散射法测定盐酸羟胺的新方法。方法的检出限为0.04μg/mL,线性范围为0.04—0.80μg/mL。方法用于工业品盐酸羟胺的测定,结果满意。Copper(Ⅱ) was quantificationally reduced to form the CuSCN precipitate by hydroxylamine hydrochloride in acetic acid buffer medium,and the resonance scattering spectra of CuSCN precipitate were investigated.The relationship between the intensity of scattered light and the concentration of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in solution was identified.The new method for the determination of hydroxylamine hydrochloride by resonance light scattering method was proposed. The detection limit of method was 0.04μg/mL,and the linear range was 0.04-0.80μg/mL.The method can be applied to determining hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the industrial products with satisfactory results.
