摘  要:建立钩藤饮片生物碱部位HPLC指纹图谱,为钩藤生物碱部位的质量评价提供依据。利用HPLC测定了8批中药钩藤生物碱部位样品,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,建立钩藤生物碱部位的标准指纹图谱且计算了各批样品的相似度,并进行指纹峰的主成分分析。确定19个共有指纹峰,其中4个色谱峰得到确认;计算了各个指纹峰的主成分分值,3个主成分累计变量贡献值达到86.40%。指纹图谱技术结合主成分分析方法能够有助于钩藤生物碱部位的质量控制方法优化。HPLC fingerprints of alkaloid fractions in Ramulus uncariae cum Uncis was established,that provided the basis for quality evaluation of alkaloid fractions in Ramulus uncariae cum Uncis.The alkaloid fractions in 8 batches Ramulus uncariae cum Uncis samples were determined by HPLC,and standard fingerprints of alkaloid fractions in Ramulus uncariae cum Uncis were established by the similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprints,and the similarity of each batch sample was calculated,and the principal component analysis(PCA) of fingerprints peaks was carried out.The 19 common fingerprints peaks and 4 kind chromatographic peaks in among were confirmed,and the PCA values of each fingerprint peak was calculated,and three principal components which accounted for over 86.40%of the total variance were extracted from the original data.The fingerprints technology combining with PCA can be useful for the optimization of quality control of alkaloid fractions in Ramulus uncariae cum Uncis.
