摘  要:建立测定利福平磺丁基醚-β环糊精包合物中利福平含量的方法。采用分光光度法测定含量,测定波长为474nm。利福平在474nm处有最大吸收,在9.786—39.14μg/mL,范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.01 72C+0.0025(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.87%(n=9),RSD为0.24%;日内RSD分别为0.81%、0.43%、0.57%(n=5);日间RSD分别为1.06%、1.21%、1.53%(n=3);测得3批样品的含量分别为25.33%、25.98%、25.76%。本法准确、简便、迅速,适用于利福平磺丁基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的测定。The method for the determination of the content of rifampicin sulfonylurea butyl ether-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was established.The content was determined by spectrophotometry,and the detection wavelength was 474nm.The rifampicin had the maximum absorption at 474nm,that had a good linear relationship in the range of 9.786-39.14μg/mL with absorption.The regression equation was A = 0.0172C + 0.0025(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 99.87%,RSD was 0.24%(n=9).The within day RSDs were 0.81%,0.43%and 0.57%(n= 5),and between-day RSDs were 1.06%,1.21%and 1.53%(n=3).The contents of 3 batches of samples were respectively 25.33%,25.98%,25.76%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate, which can be used for determination of the content of rifampicin sulfonylurea butyl ether-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
