摘  要:以地黄饮中两味君药山茱萸肉及肉苁蓉的主要成分马钱苷、松果菊苷的提出量及出膏率为指标,对湿法粉碎提取法与煎煮法的提取效率进行了比较研究。结果显示,湿法粉碎提取法所得马钱苷、松果菊苷的量、出膏量较煎煮明显提高。湿法粉碎提取法提取效率高,方法简便,时间短,可用于地黄饮提取。The extraction efficiencies of extraction of rehmannia by were compared by wet grinding extraction and decoction method.The extraction amounts and yields of loganin and echinacoside that is respectively main components of dogwood and cistanche in rehmannia were indexes,and extraction efficiencies of wet grinding extraction and decoction method were compared and investigated.The extraction amounts and yields of loganin and echinacoside by wet grinding extraction were obviously higher than decoction method.The extraction efficiencies of wet grinding extraction is high,simple and short,and can be applied to extraction of rehmannia.
