危急值报告在血流感染诊断治疗中的价值评估

摘　　要：目的评估危急值报告在血流感染诊断治疗中的价值。方法回顾性分析2011年10月-2012年4月微生物实验室危急值回报登记本记录的血培养阳性患者共161例。结果电话回报危急值的平均时间为20.5h;34例血培养阳性病例符合污染判断标准被认为是污染所致;80例血培养阳性病例在危急值回报后临床及时调整了治疗方案。结论危急值报告能有效加快临床科室对血流感染的早期诊断,有助于合理选择抗菌药物和感染控制,延缓细菌耐药性的发生。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of the critical value reporting in the diagnosis and treatment of bloodstream infections.METHODS A total of 161 patients with blood culture positive were enrolled in the study,from Oct 2011 to Apr 2012,the records of the critical value reporting in the microbiological laboratory were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The mean time of telephone return critical value was 20.5 h;there were 34 patients with blood culture positive in line with the contamination judgment standard,which was regarded as the causation by contamination;totally 80 patients with blood culture positive adjusted the treatment regimens in time after the critical value reporting.CONCLUSION The critical value reporting can effectively accelerate the early diagnosis of blood stream infections in clinical departments,which is therefore conductive to the reasonable selection of antibiotics and the infection control as well as delay the occurrence of the bacterial resistance.
