摘　　要：目的分析探讨肿瘤介入治疗发生医院感染的危险因素,为预防医院感染提供科学依据。方法回顾性调查分析2010年5月-2011年10月入院的64例肿瘤介入治疗医院感染患者的临床资料,对可能影响感染的危险因素进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,患者的年龄(χ2=12.4)、癌症部位(χ2=23.9)、住院时间(χ2=16.3)、放化疗治疗(χ2=13.8)、使用多种抗菌药物(χ2=21.8)是发生医院感染的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic分析显示,癌症部位(OR=9.29,χ2=16.37)、住院时间(OR=6.82,χ2=11.32)、放化疗治疗(OR=5.27,χ2=10.31)、使用多种抗菌药物(OR=4.89,χ2=8.84)是发生医院感染的高危因素。结论合理使用抗菌药物,缩短住院时间,减少侵入性操作可以预防肿瘤介入治疗发生医院感染。OBJECTIVE To analyze and explore the risk factors for nosocomial infections during tumor interventional therapy and provide scientific basis for the prevention of such infections.METHODS The clinical data of 64 patients undergoing tumor interventional therapy from May 2010 to Oct 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,the univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis of the risk factors that may affect the infections was performed.RESULTS Univariate analysis showed that the patient＇s age（χ2=12.4）,cancer sites（χ2=23.9）,duration of hospitalization（χ2=16.3）,radiotherapy and chemotherapy（χ2=13.8）,and use of a variety of antimicrobial agents（χ2=21.8,yes 44.4%,no 10.5%） were the risk factors for the nosocomial infections,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;while the multivariate logistic analysis showed that cancer sites（OR= 9.29,χ2=16.37）,duration of hospitalization（OR=6.82,χ2=11.32）,radiotherapy and chemotherapy（OR=5.27 χ2=10.31）,and the use of a variety of antimicrobial agents（OR=4.89,χ2=8.84） were the risk factors for nosocomial infections.CONCLUSION It is necessary to reasonably use antibiotics,shorten the hospitalization duration as much as possible,and reduce the invasive operations so as to prevent nosocomial infections caused by the tumor interventional therapy.
