摘　　要：目的分析家庭化产房医疗废物处置中存在的问题,规范医疗废物管理。方法通过文献检索调研及相关人员的书面问卷调查,汇聚医疗废物管理和处置环节中易忽略的问题,结合有关法律、法规的要求,制定一系列规章制度,采取切实可行的措施。结果从业人员环保意识得到加强,医疗废物管理规范、有序,有效地预防了医院感染的发生。结论领导高度重视,全体医务人员积极参与,健全的管理制度以及完善的措施方法,是有效地解决医疗废物处置中存在的问题,防止医疗废物污染的关键。OBJECTIVE To analyze the problems of medical waste disposal and improve the management.METHODS By literature retrieval and questionnaire investigation on related personnel,we collected the common problems of medical waste management and disposal,and further proposed a series of rules combined with relevant laws and regulations.RESULTS The environmental awareness of employees has been strengthened,and medical waste management was standardized to effectively prevent nosocomial infection.CONCLUSION The great attention of leaders,the active participation of all medical staff,the standardized management system and the available countermeasures are the keys to effective solving the problems in medical waste disposal and preventing medical waste pollution.
