冠状动脉搭桥术围术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析和评价冠状动脉搭桥术患者围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的情况。方法抽取2010年出院的冠状动脉搭桥手术患者住院病历132份,对围术期抗菌药物使用进行回顾性调查分析。结果 132例手术患者预防使用抗菌药物使用率为100.0%,用药时间3～16d,平均7d;用药时机:术前30min使用率97.7%,术中追加使用率96.7%。结论 132例冠状动脉搭桥术围术期用药存在用药疗程长,预防用药档次高,抗菌药物种类选择、用药时机不当等,亟需进一步规范化管理。OBJECTIVE To investigate and evaluate the perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics among patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.METHODS A total of 132 medical records of the discharged patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly collected in 2010,and the situations of antibiotic application during the perioperation period were retrospectively investigated and analyzed.RESULTS Of 132 patients investigated,the rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics was 100.0%,the duration of taking antibiotics was 5-13 days,with an average of 7 days;the timing of medication：the utilization rates were 97.7% 30min before the surgery and 96.7% for the additional use of antibiotics during the operation.CONCLUSION The unreasonable applications of antibiotics during perioperative period include prolonged medication duration,high level of prophylactic antibiotics,and improper choice and timing for application,which need to be further strengthened.
