摘　　要：中医临床经验和医案的丰富和庞杂,迫切需要高效的医案分析方法进行辅助学习,通过现代数据处理技术对中医用药经验进行量化研究,为中医走向现代化探索一条有效的研究途径。ROSETTA系统是目前最完整灵活、先进的粗糙集软件系统,基于分类规则,为医学临床诊断提供了科学的数据挖掘和分析方法。该文以中医喘证临床医案为例,详细论述了应用该系统处理症状信息和挖掘用药配伍规律的全过程,为中医临床经验的传承和学习提供了新的研究思路。Because of clinical experience and the rich and numerous medical cases,an urgent need for effective adjuvant medical case is to be provided to analysis,we use modern data processing technology to quantify the experience of Chinese medicine,this will explore an effective way to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine research.ROSETTA system is the most complete and flexible,advanced software systems of rough sets,it provides a scientific method of data mining and analysis based on classification rules for medical diagnosis.In this paper,taking the asthma clinical medicine as an example,we discussed in detail the application of the system to handle symptoms of drug compatibility information and mining laws of the whole process,providing a new research ideas for the transmission of Chinese medicine clinical experience and learning.
