辽参对脾虚与免疫抑制小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较辽宁人参对脾虚和免疫抑制小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性的影响。方法:免疫抑制模型方法为皮下注射氢化可的松,70mg/kg,连续7天。脾虚造模方法为每只小鼠每日灌胃100%番泻叶水煎剂0.5mL,连续10天。造模后,空白组和两种模型组正常饲养;辽宁人参治疗组以辽宁人参水煎剂0.2mL ig,5g/kg,1次/d,连续14天。ELISA法检测血清IL-4含量,CCK-8法检测脾细胞活性。结果:免疫抑制模型IL-4含量下降比脾虚模型下降要明显(P<0.05)。但是辽参提高两种模型小鼠血清IL-4含量的能力无差别(P>0.05)。脾虚和免疫抑制模型组小鼠脾细胞活性较空白组均明显下降(P<0.01),两种模型无差异(P>0.05),但是辽参提高脾虚模型小鼠脾细胞活性的能力要优于免疫抑制模型(P<0.01)。结论:辽宁人参可以有效改善两种免疫低下模型所导致的血清IL-4含量和脾细胞活性的降低。Objective：To compare the impact of Liaoning ginseng on IL-4 and spleen cells of spleen deficiency and immunosuppressive mice.Methods：Immunosuppressive model was prepared by subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone for 7 days,and spleen deficiency models were prepared by daily injected with 100% decoction of senna 0.5mL for 10 days.Then the two Liaoning ginseng treatment groups were given Liaoning ginseng decoction 0.2mL ig,5g/Kg,for 14 days.The serum IL-4 level and spleen cells activity were detected by ELISA and CCK-8 method respectively.Results：The level of serum IL-4 of immunosuppression model decreased much more than that of spleen deficiency model（P〈0.05）.But Liaoning ginseng could improve serum IL-4 levels in both models and there was no significant difference in the two kinds of models（P〈0.05）.The spleen cells activity decreased significantly in both two kinds of models（P〈0.01）and there was no significant difference in both models（P〈0.05）.But the ability to improve the spleen cells activity of Liaoning ginseng decoction of spleen deficiency model is superior to that of immunosuppressive model（P〈0.01）.ConclusionLiaoning ginseng decoction can improve the serum IL-4 level and spleen cells activity in immunosuppressive and spleen deficiency models.
