强心复脉饮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强心复脉饮对慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏临床疗效。方法:将75例慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏患者按2∶1随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(25例),两组均采用硝酸酯类、血管紧张素换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、强心剂等常规治疗。对照组同服生脉饮口服液,治疗组则同服强心复脉饮,共治疗45天。结果:心功能疗效治疗组总有效率88%,对照组为64%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。室早疗效治疗组总有效率74%,对照组为48%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效治疗组总有效率92%,对照组为68%,治疗组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强心复脉饮可改善心衰和控制室早。Objective：To investigate the effect of Qiangxin Fumai Decoction on treatment of premature ventricular contractions（PVC）in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods：75 patients of PVC with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group（50 patients）and control group（25 patients）in accordance with proportion of 2 to 1.Based on conventional treatments of nitrates,angiotensin-exchange inhibitors,β-blockers,diuretics and cardiac,the control group were treated with Shengmai Decoction,and the treatment group took Qiangxin Fumai Decoction for 45 days.Results：The total effective rate of cardiac function was 88% in the treatment group,and 64% in the control,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of PVC treatment was 74% in the treatment group and 48% in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 92% in the treatment group and 68% in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qiangxin Fumai Decoction can ameliorate the heat failure and control PVC.
