关于针灸科门诊患者针刺刺激接受程度的初步调查分析

摘　　要：目的:初步调研针灸科门诊患者群体的针刺不适感程度及对针刺刺激接受程度,促进针灸疗法的进一步推广和普及。方法:以整群抽样的方式选取1000名患者,通过自行设计的调查问卷,评价患者针刺过程中不适感的视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)及其针刺刺激接受程度。结果:①接受调研的患者针刺过程中不适感的VAS平均分为(2.64±2.00);②其对针刺刺激接受程度按完全能够接受、有点困难、中等困难、很难接受、完全不能接受来划分,人数所占比例依次为81.08%、13.62%、4.65%、0.54%、0.11%;③针刺不适感VAS评分与其针刺接受程度之间的Spearman相关系数为0.249。结论:①调研中大部分患者可以接受针刺过程中的不适感;②其不适感程度与针刺刺激接受程度呈弱正相关。Objective：To research the level of discomfort and acceptance in needling stimulation from acupuncture outpatients,and improve the further popularity of acupuncture.Methods：The level of discomfort was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）and acceptance in needling stimulation was evaluated through self-designed questionnaires from 1000 patients selected by cluster sampling.Results：①The average score of discomfort VAS of participants was（2.64±2.00）.②According to levels of acceptance in needling stimulation,all participants were classified as completely acceptable,a little difficult,medium difficult,hard acceptable and totally unacceptable,the proportion of which was 81.08%,13.62%,4.65%,0.54%,0.11% respectively.③The spearman correlation coefficient between the discomfort VAS and acceptance of acupuncture stimulation was 0.249.Conclusion：①Most of the participants can accept the discomfort of acupuncture.②The level of discomfort has a low positive correlation with the acceptance in needling stimulation.
