西北燥证经验方药对唯证型西北燥证疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察西北燥证经验方药对唯证型西北燥证疗效,以期制定改善新疆地区民众亚健康状态的普适性防治策略。方法:设立唯证治疗组与唯证对照组,观察疗前、中、后的燥证积分变化。结果:(1)唯证治疗组燥证积分基线-10天、基线-20天均有明显变化,疗后低于疗前(P<0.01);唯证对照组燥证积分无变化(P>0.05)。(2)唯证治疗组燥证积分疗中、疗后与基线变化值比较,均有较大下降幅度(P<0.01)。结论:西北燥证经验方药对唯证型西北燥证有较好疗效,能改善以西北燥证为主要表现的亚健康状态。Objective：To make out a universal prevention and treatment tragedy for improving the subhealth of people in Xinjiang Autonomous Region by observing the curative effect on Sole-syndrome Northwest Dryness Syndrome treated with the experienced prescription of the NDS.Methods：The treatment group and control group of Sole-syndrome were set up.The changes on the NDS values before,during and after the treatment were observed.Results：（1）There were obvious changes in the NDS values of the treatment group from the baseline to the 10th and 20th day.The NDS value after treatment was lower than the one before treatment（P〈0.01）.There was no change in the control group（p0.05）.（2）Comparing with the baseline value,there was a significant decrease in the NDS values during and after treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The experienced prescription of NDS obtained a significant curative effect for the sole-syndrome NDS.They can improve the subhealth represented by NDS greatly.
