摘　　要：通过复习近五年来针灸治疗偏头痛的临床相关文献,观察并总结针灸治疗偏头痛的穴位配伍方法。结果发现针灸治疗偏头痛的穴位配伍方法运用了针灸配穴众多方法中的几种,主要是单一配穴方法或结合多种配穴方法选穴,其中单一配穴方法又以循经配穴为主。各种配穴方法的使用在临床上都取得了一定的疗效,但是何者更优,尚不明了,有待进一步研究。The clinical literature about the acupuncture treatment of migraine in past five years was reviewed,so that observation and summary of the points of acupuncture treatment of migraine compatibility method were made.The result showed that acupuncture treatment of migraine used acupuncture points compatibility methods with points in many ways,including a single point method with main acupoints along meridians.Various distribution points in the clinical use of methods have achieved some effect.It is unclear to determine which one is more excellent,which needs further study.
