针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合耳压治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(其中治疗组31例,对照组29例)。对照组采用单纯针刺方法治疗,治疗组在针刺的基础之上配合耳穴贴压治疗,每日1次,10次为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。两组均在2个疗程结束后,记录改善情况并进行统计学处理。结果:2个疗程结束后,两组的痊愈率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合耳压治疗腰椎间盘突出症有良好疗效,具有一定的临床价值。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment combined with ear acupoints plaster therapy on treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment（31 cases）and control groups（29 cases）.The control group were treated with simple acupuncture treatments,the treatment group combined with ear acupoints plaster therapy,once a day,10 times for a course,a total of 2 courses.Both groups after treatment were recorded for statistical improvement.Results：After 2 courses of treatment,the cure rate compared between two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment combined with ear acupints plaster therapy of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,with some clinical value.
