中药复方益糖康对STZ大鼠PKC mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方益糖康对STZ大鼠蛋白激酶C(PKC)mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用STZ腹腔注射方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为空白对照组、安慰剂组和益糖康组,灌胃6周后,采集大鼠背根神经节(DRG)标本,RT-PCR方法检测其PKC mRNA表达水平。结果:安慰剂组大鼠DRG中PKC mRNA表达水平显著上调,益糖康组较安慰剂组PKC mRNA表达水平显著降低。结论:中药复方益糖康可能抑制PKC激活,是其治疗糖尿病及其并发症的机制之一。Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese herbal compound Yitangkang on protein kinase C（PKC）mRNA expression of STZ rats.Methods：Diabetic rat model was reproduced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,and they were randomly divided into control group,placebo group and Yitangkang group,using gavage for 6 weeks,then rat dorsal root ganglion（DRG）samples were collected,RT-PCR was used to detect the protein levels of PKC.Results：The placebo group PKC mRNA levels in DRG were significantly increased,compared with the placebo group,mRNA levels of PKC in Yitangkang group were significantly reduced.Conclusion：Chinese herbal compound Yitangkang may inhibit PKC activation,which may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of diabetes and complications.
