摘  要:以琥珀酸酐、聚乙二醇、E-51为原料合成了非离子型乳化剂,利用相反转法制备了水性环氧树脂乳液和水性环氧固化剂。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)研究了水性环氧树脂与甲基四氢苯酐(MeTHPA)的热稳定性和固化机理。结果表明,水性环氧树脂与MeTHPA已固化完全;固化反应符合两个参数的自催化esták-Berggre(S-B)模型,固化反应的平均表观活化能为73.95 kJ/mol。MeTHPA与环氧树脂物质的量比为0.6的热稳定性最好。Non-ionic water-borne epoxy resin and cure agent was prepared from succinic anhydride, polyether glycol (EG-2000), bisphenol A epoxy resin (E-51) and 3-methyl-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MeTHPA) via the phase inversion technique. The curing mechanism, kinetics and thermal properties were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the MeTHPA had reacted with the epoxy group. The curing reaction could be described by autocatalytic gestdk-Berggre model and the kinetic equation of the curing reaction was obtained. The average activation energy Ea is 73. 953 kJ/mol. When the proportion of MeTHPA with epoxy is 0.6, this material has best thermal stability, the temperature of 5 % mass loss is 334.02℃ and the residual yield is 29.1% at 500℃.
