摘 要:以杭州国家大豆改良分中心保存的野生和栽培大豆资源为研究材料,利用显色法对大豆脂肪氧化酶自然缺失突变体进行筛选。从348份种质中发现同时缺失大豆脂肪氧化酶Lox1和Lox2的野生大豆种质1份ZYD04511,同时缺失大豆脂肪氧化酶Lox2和Lox3野生大豆种质1份ZYD04452,以及缺失大豆脂肪氧化酶Lox2或其含量极低的栽培大豆种质5份:ZDD06271、ZDD06044、ZDD13834、ZDD06245和VP35。试验结果同时表明显色法是一种简便快速的大豆脂肪氧化酶缺失突变体筛选方法。Lipoxygenase is one of the important anti - nutritional factors in soybean. Screening and utilization of lipoxygenase lacking mutants will greatly facilitate the improvement of soybean qualities. In this study, 348 soybean germplasms from Hangzhou Sub - center of National Soybean Improvement were screened for lipoxygenase lacking mutants using colorimetric assay. One wild soybean germplasm ZYD04511 was found lacking Loxl and Lox2; another wild soybean germplasm ZYD04452 was found lacking Lox2 and Lox3; five landraces, ZDD06271, ZDD06044, ZDD13834,ZDD06245 and VP35 showed extremely lower Lox2 content or were lacking of Lox2. Results also show that the colorimetric assay is a simple and rapid method for screening of lipoxygenase lacking mutants in soybean.
