摘　　要：为了降低废纸脱墨成本,用新型脱墨剂代替现用脱墨剂,对工艺流程中不同测量点的脱墨浆进行物理性能检测,分析结果证实了新型脱墨剂的实用性。在保证成浆质量稳定提高的前提下,脱墨添加的化学药品用量下降,每吨脱墨浆成本比现有工艺降低46元,具有非常可观的经济效益。In order to reduce the cost of waste paper deinking, the new deinking agent was used instead of the existing process. Through the experiment, the deinked pulp of different measurement points was analyzed. The results showed the usefulness of the new deinking agent. Meanwhile, the quality of deinked pulp keeps the stability as the prior. In the new technology, the amount of other chemicals reduced and the cost of DIP reduced by RMB 46 per ton than the prior.
