摘 要:探究GY-ZZ1非离子型、GY-ZZ2阴离子型和GY-ZZ3阴/非离子型3种表面活性剂在不同用量下对蔗渣烧碱蒸煮的影响,筛选出较优的用量;然后探讨助剂复配对蒸煮效果的影响。结果表明:添加表面活性剂可提高蒸煮效率;单一助剂下,GY-ZZ3的添加效果要好于另外两种;GY-ZZ1和GY-ZZ2两种助剂按3:2复配,可获得良好的蒸煮效果,未漂浆卡伯值较空白样降低4.59,纸浆得率相比空白样提高6.65%,纸浆的物理性能也优于空白样。The effects of the addition of non-ionic surfactant GY-ZZ1, anionic surfactant GY-ZZ2 and non/ionic surfactant combined anionic surfactant GY-ZZ3 on bagasse soda cooking were studied. And the suitable additive dosages in cooking were gained. After that, the effect of the addition of the complex additives on cooking efficiency was also discussed, q-he results showed that the cooking efficiency was improved using adding additives, and the addition of GY-ZZ3 additive was better than others. What's more, the pulp which cooked with adding complex additives (GY-ZZ1 and GY-ZZ2, mass ratio 3 to 2) has lower kappa numbers and higher pulp yield, The kappa number decreased 4.59 and yield increased 6.65 percent compared to the pulp cooked without additive, separately. And the gained pulp properties with cooking additive were also higher than the pulp gained without cooking additive.
