摘　　要：目的:筛选并优化仙灵益肾片的提取工艺。方法:以正交设计多指标优化提取工艺条件,HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:仙灵益肾片的最佳提取工艺为加14倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1h。结论:优化得到的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可以作为仙灵益肾片的提取工艺。Objective：To screen and optimize of the extracting process of Xianling Yishen Tablet. Methods：The extracting process of Xianling Yishen Tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes. Icraiin was determined by HPLC. Results.. The optimal extracting process of Xianling Yishen Tablet was as follows： adopting fourteen times 70 % alcohol to extract twice, one hour per time. Conclusion：The extracting process of optimization of Xianling Yishen Tablet is reasonable, stable and feasible, and can be the extraction technology of Xianling Yishen Tablet
