摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压社区生物心理社会整合干预模式的效果评价。方法:采用高血压社区生物心理社会整合干预模式对90名高血压患者进行6个月的研究。结果:患者高血压相关知识的知晓率和规律服药率提高;患者高血压危险因素和不良行为因素得到控制;患者的平均收缩压和舒张压降低;患者个性特征、应对模式等心理素质得到提高。结论:高血压社区生物心理社会整合干预模式对高血压的防治切实有效。Objective:To study the effect of the bio-psycho-social integrated intervention model for hypertension in community.Methods:90 patients with hypertension were studied with the bio-psycho-social integrated intervention model for six months.Results:Awareness rate of health knowledge about hypertension and the rate of taking medicine regularly had risen.Hypertensive risk factors and unhealthy behaviors had been controlled.Average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had dropped.Psychological qualities such as personality and coping style had been improved.Conclusion:The bio-psycho-social integrated intervention model for hypertension in community has been proved to be highly effective to prevention and control of hypertension.
