摘　　要：目的:综合评价南通市儿童计划免疫基础免疫现状,为有效提高计划免疫工作质量提供依据。方法:采用TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合,运用SAS 9.1.3软件分析南通市2002～2009年出生儿童计划免疫基础免疫接种率。结果:从总体上看,南通市2002～2009年出生儿童的基础免疫接种率呈现逐年上升趋势;除2002～2007年出生儿童的脊髓灰质炎疫苗、乙脑疫苗接种率较低外,其余各疫苗接种率多数超过95%。其中脊髓灰质炎疫苗,乙肝疫苗,流脑疫苗的首针接种率普遍高于后续注射针。结论:南通市2002～2009年出生儿童计划免疫基础免疫工作保持着连续性,各疫苗接种率逐年提高,到2009年出生儿童各疫苗的平均接种率为96%。然而,政府部门仍需通过加大对计划免疫工作的投入,加强对群众健康教育等综合措施以进一步提高儿童计划免疫基础免疫接种率。Objective： To evaluate the current situation of fundamental immunity in planned immunity of the children in Nantong city comprehensively, provide a basis for improving the quality of planned immunity effectively. Methods： TOPSIS method combined with RSR method was used to analyze the inoculation rate of fundamental immunity in planned immunity of the children born in Nantong city from 2002 to 2009 with SAS 9. 1.3 software. Results： In general, the inoculation rate of fundamental immunity in planned immunity of the chil- dren born in Nantong city from 2002 to 2009 showed an increasing trend year by year; except the inoculation rates of poliomyelitis vaccine and encephalitis B vaccine from 2002 to 2007, the inoculation rates of the other vaccines were more than 95%. The first injection rates of poliomyelitis vaccine, encephalitis B vaccine, and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine were higher than the secondary injection rates. Conclusion： The fundamental immunity in planned immunity of the children born in Nantong city from 2002 to 2009 maintained conti- nuity, the inoculation rates of various vaccines increased year by year, the mean inoculation rates of vaccines in the children was 96% till 2009. However, the government still needs to increase the investment for planned immunity and enhance comprehensive measures of popula- tion health education to further improve the inoculation rate of fundamental immunity in planned immunity of the children.
