摘　　要：按照学校文明创建的总体目标,在校文明办的策划下,搭建一个操作简便、技术先进、安全可靠、规范统一、灵活可扩展的文明创建网络信息平台。按需求分析、开发流程设计、功能模块划分、数据结构构筑、程序编写和测试运行等步骤,创建一个通用的网络平台,可满足各年度不同的创建指标需求,保证文明创建的圆满完成。According to the general goal of civilized school, with the civilization office planning, We will set up a network information platform for civilization construction, which is simple operation, advanced technology, safe and reliable, standard and unified, and flexible and extensible. It will run according to the requirement analysis, development process design, function module partition, data structure building, programming and test operation. The universal network platform can meet different created indexes needs, in order to complete the creation of civilized unit successfully.
