摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展变化,高校的内外部环境已发生了很大变化,学生管理面临着新的挑战和机遇,传统的共青团工作模式已不能适应新形势的需要。文章运用项目管理理论,结合新形势下高校共青团工作的实际,探索新形势下高校共青团工作的崭新模式,分析了在项目实施过程中的配套工作,对开创新形势下高校共青团工作具有积极的指导意义。With the development of economy, the external and internal environment of universities has changed a lot, so student administration faces great challenges and traditional communist youth league work pattern can not meet the needs of new environment. The thesis uses project management theory to discuss how to adapt to the new situation in the new age.
