摘　　要：思想政治教育的人学取向研究是颇受关注的学术热点之一。其20多年的发展历程,大体可分为萌生期、探索期、繁盛期三个阶段。所涉及的主要论域包括人学取向研究的必要性、重要性,整体层面上人学取向的研究范式和基本思路,局部层面上对思想政治教育原理和方法论的人学反思和建构,思想政治教育思想史的人学解读。同时,研究中亦存在"思想政治教育人学"的学科界定不明晰、理论研究与实践观照相互失衡、人学理论资源借鉴上的严重偏颇等诸多问题亟需解决。Hominology orientation research on the Ideological and Political Education is one of the academic hot spots popularly concerned. The course of its 20 years of development can be roughly divided into three stages of initiation, ex- ploration and prosperous period. Its main domains include the necessity of the hominology orientation research, the research paradigm and basic idea in the overall level, the reflection and construction on the principles and methodology of ideologi- cal and political education in the local level, and the interpretation of the history of educational thought. At the same time, there are also many issues should be solved, including the definition of ＂hominology of ideological and political edu- cation＂ is not clear, the relation of theoretical research and practical care is unbalanced, the reference of human theory re- sources has serious bias and so on.
