摘　　要：作为错综复杂的社会建设探索历程的一部分,中国社会保险法制化经历了"国家-单位保障制";社会保险为国有企业改革配套;社会保险作为市场经济体系的支柱之一;社会保险作为公民的基本权利,实现统一立法等阶段。2010年我国颁布《社会保险法》,正式标志着我国社会保险事业迈入了一个新台阶。每个阶段都有着丰富的时代背景,蕴含深刻的时代理念,同时留下一些问题,需要寻求新的路径。As a part of the long way to quest for perplexing social construction, China＇s legal system of social securi- ty went through the stage called State-local Security System, the stage as a security measure for the reform of state-owned enterprises, the stage as a key role of the market economic system, and the stage as the fundamental fights of citizens, achieving uniform legislation. In 2010, the Law of Social insurance was promulgated in China, which officially marked re- markable achievements gained in social insurance and a new stage of it. Each stage has a rich background and a profound philosophy of its time. However, they also left some perplexing problems that need us to seek after new solutions.
