摘  要:为了对方钻杆旋塞阀的旋钮、十字拨块和球阀之间的互作用情况进行分析,找出旋钮和十字拨块的应力薄弱点,建立了旋钮、十字拨块和球阀的三维有限元模型。采用C3D4单元对模型进行网格划分,限制球阀底端截面的所有自由度,限制旋钮和十字拨块X方向的移动和Y、Z方向的转动自由度,扭矩通过旋钮内六方孔中心上方的耦合点施加在旋钮内六方孔上。分析结果表明,十字拨块在旋转方向一侧的外侧边缘处应力最大,且应力最大处与十字拨块的失效位置相同;十字拨块的变形状态与失效后的塑性变形相同。To make an analysis of the interaction between the knob,cross piece and ball valve of kelly cock valve and to find out the stress weak point of the knob and cross piece,the three-dimensional finite element model of the knob,cross piece and ball valve was established.The C3D4 unit was adopted to conduct a mesh generation of the model,restricting all the degree of freedom of the cross section at the bottom of the ball valve as well as the movement in the X direction of the knob and cross piece and the rotating degree of freedom in their Y and Z directions.The torque was imposed on the hexagonal hole within the knob through the coupling point above the center of the hexagonal hole within the knob.The analysis shows that the maximum stress occurs on the edge of the outer side in the rotating direction of the cross piece and the position of the maximum stress remains the same as that of failure.The deformation state of the cross piece is the same as the plastic deformation after failure.
