摘 要:目前井下水平射孔/钻孔方法存在作业时间长、成本高,对射孔或钻孔过程的状态难以实行有效监测。为此,研制了新型电控式井下水平钻孔系统,并配套研制了相应的系统试验样机。该系统的地下作业部分可通过电缆投放到油井套管内,在实时测量钻进力和扭矩等工作参数的基础上对钻头的进给和旋转实施控制;其地上测控部分不仅可实时监测地下作业部分的工作状况,而且可将控制命令下传到地下作业部分来调整钻孔过程。试验结果表明,新型电控式井下水平钻孔系统试验样机能够实现套管和岩石复合结构水平钻孔功能。Currently problems exist with downhole horizontal perforating and drilling methods,such as long-time operation,high costs and difficulty in effective monitoring of the state of the perforating or drilling process.Therefore,a new type of electronic control downhole horizontal drilling system was developed and the supporting test prototype of the system was also developed.The underground operation part of the system can be put in the casing of oil well with a cable.The feeding and rotation of the drilling bit were controlled on the basis of actually measuring the operating parameters such as drilling force and torque.The control part on ground cannot only monitor the operating condition of the underground operating part,but also transmit the control instructions to the underground operating part to adjust the drilling process.The test result shows that the test prototype of the new system can carry out the horizontal drilling of the composite structure of casing and rock.
