多功能偏心封隔配水器的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对江苏油田没有适合薄夹层分层注水配水器的问题,研制了一种多功能偏心封隔配水器。该配水器将2台偏心配水器与1个扩张式封隔器集成为一套工具,堵塞器内设置双水嘴,工作筒主体上设置有与中心线平行且贯通的辅助通道,具有停层不停井功能。工具维持常规偏心工艺的投捞和分层测试方式,实现多个连续薄夹层细分层注水与测试,同时提高测试准确率和调配效率。多功能偏心封隔配水器共在现场应用4口井,完成了分层验封、分层流量测试及水嘴投捞,分注合格率达到83.3%,平均使用寿命已超过15.2月。There is no separate layer water injector suitable for thin interbed in Jiangsu Oilfield.Considering this problem,a multifunctional eccentric isolating water regulator was developed.The device integrates two eccentric water regulators and one expanding packer.A double nozzle is set within the blanking plug.An auxiliary channel is set on the body of the working barrel and it is parallel to and goes through the center line.As a result the function of suspending the layer but not the well has been achieved.The tool maintains the modes of fishing and separate layer testing of conventional eccentric technology,achieving the injection and testing of quite a few continuous thin interbeds and separate minilayers.Meanwhile,the testing accuracy rate and allocation efficiency are improved.The device was applied to four wells,achieving separate layer sealing check,separate layer flowrate testing and nozzle fishing.The qualification rate of separate layer injection reaches 83.3%.The average service life goes beyond 15.2 months.
