摘 要:目前常规游梁式抽油机平衡调节方式存在劳动强度大、工作效率和调整精度低、安全性差等问题。为此,研制了抽油机自动平衡调节装置。该装置由机械系统和电气系统组成,机械系统利用滚珠丝杆的转动来移动平衡块从而达到调节平衡的目的,电气系统可进行抽油机平衡度的实时监测、抽油机平衡状况的判别和电动机运转的控制等。现场试验结果表明,安装自动平衡调节装置后抽油机平衡度由1.41调节到1.06,改善了抽油机的平衡状况,提高了抽油机平衡调节的工作效率和安全系数,综合节电率达到8.5%。At present there exist problems with the balance regulating mode of the beam pumping unit,such as high labor intensity,low operating efficiency,low regulating precision and poor safety.Therefore,the automatic balance regulating device was developed.The device consists of the mechanical system and the electrical system.The mechanical system makes use of the ballscrew rotation to move the balance weight so as to achieve the purpose of balance regulation.The electrical system can carry out the real-time monitoring of the balance degree of the pumping unit,the judgment of the balance condition of the unit,the control of the electric motor rotation,and so on.The field experimental findings show that after installation of the device the balance degree of the unit is adjusted from 1.41 to 1.06,thus improving the balance condition of the unit and the operating efficiency and safety factor of the unit balance regulation.The comprehensive power-saving rate reaches 8.5%.
