摘　　要：产业技术体系的建设在走中国特色新型工业化道路、经济转型与可持续发展中扮演着重要角色。本文基于功能和过程视角构建了产业技术体系结构模型,在对我国产业技术体系发展的历史,国家经济社会发展对产业技术体系的战略需求进行了总结和归纳的基础上,结合模型对产业技术体系面临的问题进行了剖析,包括主体的异化,集成性、耦合性、匹配性不足四个方面。本文进一步通过调研分析,归纳出制约我国产业技术体系发展的症结及成因,提出促进我国产业技术体系转型发展的对策建议。The construction of industrial technology system plays an important role in Chinese new path of industrialization and fu- ture social economic transformation with sustainable development. By generalizing the development history of Chinese industrial technology system and strategic needs from national social economic development, and based on the structure model of industrial technology system from the perspective of function and process, the four major issues of Chinese industrial technology system, in- cluding the alienation of innovation main body, lack of integration, coupling, and matching are analyzed. The crux and causes for restricting the development of Chinese industrial technology system is further generalized, and for promoting the transformation development of Chinese industrial technology system through the investigation are proposed.
