摘　　要：为了方便的分析和直观的向企业管理用户和决策者展现故障信息,本文结合某汽车企业售后分析系统的实际情况,利用其内部业务子系统中的故障信息,建立数据仓库,并采用OLAP技术将该该故障信息以各种维度的方式直观的展示出来,使用户能更方便、快捷的了解数据。In order to facilitately analyze and directly show the fault information to business users and policy makers, this article combines the reality of analysis system after sales of a car enterprise, uses its failures information in the internal operation subsystem, builds a data warehouse, and applies OLAP technology to show the fault information in various dimensions, which enables users to quickly and easily understand the data.
