摘　　要：在当前市场格局和新技术的双重影响下,电信固网在与移动网的竞争中越来越处于不利的地位,固网的传统语音业务已逐步走向"低值商品化"。为此,固网智能化是当前固网运营商实现网络转型的技术手段之一,其深具价值又极具困难和挑战性。文章从实践角度出发,基于大唐SP30CN交换机,采用汇接局交换机智能化改造的方式对固网智能化进行可操作性研究,从而有针对性地对具体实施方案展开探讨,并结合组网过程中的可能出现的各类问题提出应对策略。Under the dual influence of current market and new technology, in the competition between Telecom fixed-line and Mobile fixed-line, China Teleeom is more and more at a distinct disadvantage. The traditional voice service of fixed-line has gradually ＂moved toward low value commercialization. The intelligence fixed-line is one ways to transform network for fixed-line operators. It is valuable, but has many diflqculties and challenge. From the point of view of practice, this article makes a research on the feasibility of fixed-line intelligence transformation by intelligentizing TMSC switch based on Tatang SP30CN switch for making targeted discussion on the specific implementation plan, and putting forward the countermeasures for the problems that may appear in networking.
