摘　　要：政府形象塑造是在政治日益民主化的时代背景下,现代政府开展的一项高水平、综合性的现代管理工程。良好的政府形象是政府重要的无形资产。在CIS理论已经成功运用到国内外众多领域的前提下,政府形象设计中引入CIS理论,吸收其合理内核,对构建良好的政府形象具有重大意义。Building government image is a high-level and comprehensive modern management engineering which is carried out by modern government under the social background of the increasingly democratizing politics. Good government image is an important intangible asset of the government. CIS theory has been successfully applied to many areas of subject at home and abroad. In the context of it, absorbing its reasonable core and introducing it into the design of government image is of great significance for building up a good government image.
