摘　　要：当代冷连轧带钢生产线具有生产速度快、控制精度高的特点,因此在实际生产过程中,需要一种能够对生产机组各种过程数据进行高效处理的数据采集系统。鞍钢冷轧钢板(莆田)有限公司冷连轧机组使用iba公司的PDA设备,组建了一套可对冷连轧机各种运行过程数据进行实时高速采集、监控、记录及分析的数据采集系统,该系统的使用为生产技术人员快速诊断冷连轧机组故障提供了有力的数据支持。It has the characteristic of high production speed and control precision in modern cold rolling production line. During actual process, a kind of data acquisition system that can efficiently deal with all kinds of process data in cold strip mill is required. According to the practical application in Angang Putian Cold Strip Mill, a set of data acquisition system is built with PDA equipment of iba Company, which collects, monitors, records and analyzes all kinds of running process data of cold tan- dem mill with real-time and high-speed. This system provides strong data support for the rapid diagno- sis of cold rolling unit fault to production technological operators.
