摘　　要：介绍了国内外集装箱专用平车的种类、用途及运用情况,分析了我国铁路集装箱货物运输现状及存在的问题,对新一代铁路快运集装箱平车的性能参数、结构选取及可靠性技术进行了探讨。The types,usage and operation of special flat cars for containers in China and abroad are described.The existing conditions of the freight transport by railway containers in China and the existing problems are analyzed.The performance parameters,structure selection and reliability technology of the new generation rapid railway container flat cars are discussed.
