摘 要:利用光学显微镜、XRD和透射电子显微镜等设备对低碳0.33%硅热轧钢板经850℃和950℃组织调整前后的热轧组织、织构和析出物进行了观察与分析。结果表明,随着调整工艺温度的升高,晶粒逐渐长大呈等轴状。组织调整前析出相主要是TiN,调整后增加了TiC和Ti(C,N),随着调整温度的提高析出相尺寸增大。组织调整前热轧板表面织构主要聚集在{001}<110>和{112}<110>附近,最大强度为3,中心织构也聚集在{001}<110>和{112}<110>附近,强度达到12。调整后表面织构主要类型和强度不变,中心织构类型不变,但强度随温度升高逐渐降低。Hot rolling microstructure, textures and precipitates before and after the adjustment of low-carbon and 0.33% silicon hot-rolled plate that heated at 850 ℃ and 950 ℃were observed and analyzed by optical metallurgical microscope, XRD and TEM. The results show that the grains grow and become equiaxial with the increase of adjustments temperatures. The precipitated phase of microstructure before adjustment is mainly TiN, but after adjustment, TiC and Ti( C, N) appear. At the same time, the size of the precipitated phases is increasing with raising temperature. The textures of the surface of hot-rolled plate mainly gather in t 001 } 〈 110 〉 and { 112 } 〈 110 〉 before the adjustment and the maximum intensity is 3. The central textures are also gather in t001 } 〈 110 〉 and { 112t 〈 110 〉 and the maximum intensity is 12. After adjustment, the main types of texture of the surface and intensity are unchanged, the types of central texture hardly change either, but the intensity decreases with raising temperature.
