摘  要:干式空心电抗器匝间过电压试验已经被诸多标准所认可。为了保证标准实施,需要有满足标准要求的试验设备。笔者对这种干式空心电抗器匝间过电压试验设备进行了研制与试验研究,发现由于球隙在重复放电条件下自然放电电压下降,按照标准推荐的电路不能在电抗器上得到幅值稳定的脉冲振荡电压波形。采用可控放电球隙对电路进行改进解决了这一问题。对在不同位置模拟短路故障的电抗器匝间过电压试验结果证明研制的设备可以通过振荡电压波形对比来辨别匝间短路故障。研究结果表明:匝间过电压试验电路采用可控放电球隙是必要的,建议标准推荐。The turn-to-turn overvoltage test for dry-type air-core reactors has been accepted by many standards. The test equipment which meets standards is needed to ensure the implementation of standards. The development on this turn-to-turn overvoltage test equipment for dry-type air-core reactors and the experimental research is carried out in this paper. It is found that the stabilized impulse oscillator voltage cannot be applied on the reactor by the standard recommended circuit because of the decrease of natural spark-discharge of sphere gaps under the repeat discharge condition. This problem is solved by an improved circuit with controllable discharge gaps. Results of turn-to-turn overvoltage tests on a reactor with imitating turn-to-turn faults in different locations certify that the developed equipment can identify the turn- to-turn short circuit fault by contrasting oscillator voltage waveforms. Research results indicate that controllable discharge gaps for the turn-to-turn overvoltage test circuit are necessary. It is suggested to be recommended by standards.
