摘 要:室温下用不同种类的离子束对12Cr-ODS钢进行辐照。辐照前后12Cr-ODS钢的力学性能发生了明显变化,主要表现为辐照肿胀和辐照硬化,其中三束辐照下材料有最大的肿胀和最小的硬化。结合TEM照片对材料的辐照变化进行了分析。对材料进行拉曼光谱的测量,发现有碳析出现象,并且把碳峰的强度分布与辐照损伤分布进行了相互关联。本文为12Cr-ODS钢在实际反应堆中的应用积累了实验数据,明确了协同作用对核材料辐照损伤的影响。In this work, 12Cr-ODS steel samples were irradiated by different combinations of Si, He and H ion beams at room temperature. Mechanical property measurements of the irradiated samples showed that all the samples exhibited irradiation swelling and hardening, but the sample co-irradiated by three ion beams had the biggest swelling and smallest hardening. Combining on the TEM imaging, analyses of irradiation changes of 12Cr-ODS steel samples were carried out. Raman spectra of the irradiated samples revealed carbon precipitated inside the samples, and carbon peak distribution could reflect the radiation damage distribution. The results, which accumulated experimental data and clarified the radiation damage to nuclear materials by synergy effect, are of help for application of 12Cr-ODS steel in an advanced reactor.
