摘  要:具有高功率性能的锂离子二次电池已广泛应用于手机电池、笔记本电池等便携式电源领域。此外,以HEV为代表的动力电池的研制也逐渐成为高功率锂离子电池的研究热点。选用了氧化镍钴锂(NCA)/中间相碳微球材料体系制备了2 Ah软包装、20 Ah圆柱形及18650功率型动力电池,并进行了相关电化学测试。探讨了电极配方设计、隔膜材质及厚度、电解液体系对电池大倍率放电性能和循环性能的影响。The recharge, able lithium ion batteries with high-power capabilities have become an important power source for portable electronic devices such as cellular phones and laptop computers. In addition, they have attracted the attention of the automotive industry for applications in hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). In this paper, 2 Ah soft-package, 20 Ah and 18650 cylindrical high power lithium ion cells with LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 (NCA) cathode/carbon anode chemical system were prepared. The electrochemical tests were performed to investigate the electrode formula design, separator material and thickness, electrolyte system and their influence on the power ability and cyclability of cells.
