摘 要:针对切向/径向混合励磁同步发电机(tangential/radialhybrid excitation synchronous generators,T/R-HESG),提出了一种两级式无刷化自励方法。根据切向/径向混合励磁同步发电机的结构特点和磁路特性设计了两级式无刷化方法,实现了完全自励。同时,完成了励磁机的设计,通过对空载特性以及旋转整流器换相重叠角的研究,结合有限元仿真,优化了其结构,以保证励磁机与主发电机的匹配。对两级式无刷系统进行建模,通过整体仿真验证了该种方案的正确性。加工了一台基于T/R-HESG的两级式无刷励磁样机,测试了励磁机的电流放大特性、两级式无刷励磁系统的静态特性和动态特性,结果表明该两级式无刷发电机具有良好的工作性能。在航空航天、风力发电等领域有广阔的应用前景。A novel two-stage brushless self-excited method of tangential/radial hybrid excitation synchronous generators (T/R-HESG) was proposed in this paper. Combining the configuration and the magnetic circuit characteristics of T/R-HESG, a novel two-stage brushless method was designed. Complete self-excitation was realized. The exciter was designed. With the help of finite-element analysis, the configuration of the exciter is optimized by the study of output characteristics and the overlapping angle of the rotating rectifier. The exciter had got to meet the requirement of the main generator. Then, in order to verify the correctness of this brushless method, the model of two-stage brushless system is built and analyzed. Finally, a prototype of the two-stage brushless generator based on T/R-HESG is made for experiments. The current amplifier characteristics of the exciter, the static and dynamic characteristics of the two-stage brushless system were done respectively. The good performance of the two-stage brushless method is verified. From above-mentioned study, the applications of hybrid excitation synchronous generators can be expanded in many application areas, such as aerospace, wind generation and so on.
