摘  要:我国渔业科技成果转化是联系渔业科技与渔业生产的纽带和桥梁,是实现"科技兴渔"的重要过程,新的形势下加强渔业科技成果转化的研究工作具有其特殊的意义。文章运用层次分析法对某水产科研院所应用技术成果、基础研究成果和软科学成果三类成果转化的综合评价指标体系进行深入分析,并得出综合效益是评价应用技术成果转化最为重要的指标,学术水平是评价基础研究类成果转化最为重要的指标,综合影响是评价软科学类成果转化最为重要的指标,为进一步研究科技成果转化的评价体系与理论方法提供一些借鉴和参考。Fisheries Scientific and technological achievements of China are linked bond and bridge of fisheries technology and fisheries production, which is the important process for the stratgy of " science and technology for fisheries". Under the new situation, to strengthen the research of scientific and technological achievements transformation work has its special sig- nificance. The paper makes an in - depth analysis of the achievements transformation comprehensive evaluation index sys- tem of applied technology research, basic research and soft research with the AHP application, and concludes that compre- hensive benefits are the most important indicators to evaluate the applied technology research achievements transformation. The academic standards are the most important indicators to evaluate the basic research achievements transformation, and the combined effects are the most important indicators to evaluate soft science class achievements transformation. The paper is thought to provide some reference for further study of fisheries science and technology achievements evaluation system and theoretical approaches.
