摘　　要：采用"七国两组织"中文专利数据库,检索1985年1月1日到2010年12月31日期间的LED路灯相关的中国专利文献,建立LED路灯中国专利数据库。了解LED路灯在国内外的发展历史及最新研究进展,通过分析该技术专利的申请总量趋势、主要专利拥有者的分布、IPC分类号分布和关键技术等,从而为LED路灯技术的进一步开发及完善提供参考和依据。The paper chooses ＂the seven countries and two organizations＂ patent database, collects the patents of LED street light between January 1, 1985 and December 31,2010 and establishes the patent database of LED street light. The article introduces the developing history and the latest research progress, analyzes the total amount of patent applications, the key patent holders＇ distribution, the patent of ICP distribution and the key technology. Thus it offers the guidance for the further development and perfection of the technique of LED street light.
