摘　　要：通过与经典TRIZ理论中八大进化法则相对比,阐述了进化树的组成和构建方法,明确了进化树在信息处理方面所体现的客观性、通用性和准确性等特点,体现了进化树在提出创新设计方案、预测技术系统发展方向和进行专利规避等方面起的作用,列举了该工具应用于钢笔笔尖和立式滚筒洗衣机柔顺剂供给装置改进创新方面的实例。Compared with classical eight evolutionary laws of TRIZ, the paper explains the components and building methods of evolutionary tree, reflects the characteristic of objectivity, versatility and accuracy etc in information processing for evolutionary tree, which reflects the role in proposing new design, forecasts the development direction of technology systems and the patent circumvention. It supplies some examples, for example, the improvement and innovation for ink penpoint and the softener supply unit of roller washing machine.
