摘 要:本文主要探讨采用磷铁粉替代环氧富锌底漆中部分锌粉所制备的环氧富锌底漆的耐腐蚀性能。磷铁粉替代锌粉的质量百分数从0到75%,采用电化学方法和盐雾试验以及结合能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)评价各涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明低替代量的环氧富锌底漆阴极保护能力强,而高替代量的环氧富锌底漆有优异的屏蔽作用。替代量为35%的环氧富锌底漆对样板兼具良好的阴极保护和屏蔽作用,防腐蚀性能优异。The paper focused on the corrosion resistance performance of epoxy zinc-rich primer in which di-iron phosphide(Pe2P) replaced part of the zinc powder.The mass percentage of zinc powder replaced by de-iron phosphide varied from 0 to 75%,The electrochemical techniques、salt spray test、electronic microscope and energy spectrometer were used to evaluate the corrosion resistance performance of each coating.The results showed that,the cathodic protection weakened as the content of de-iron phosphid increased;while the barrier protection strengthened as the content of de-iron phosphide increased.The de-iron phosphid with a replacement of 35wt.%demonstrated an excellent cathodic protection and barrier protection.
