注射用利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将2011年2-6月我院住院治疗的64例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组与对照组:观察组34例应用注射用利巴韦林+热毒宁注射液治疗;对照组30例单纯给予注射用利巴韦林治疗。观察2组患儿用药后疗效和退热时间。结果:观察组总有效率为97.06%,对照组为86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组退热时间显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未见严重不良反应发生,对照组白细胞明显减少3例,并发心肌损害6例。结论:注射用利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病疗效确切,安全性较高,优于单纯用利巴韦林治疗。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Ribavirin injection and Reduning injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.METHODS：64 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease children in our hospital during Feb.to Jun.in 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups.34 patients in observation group were given intravenous dripping of Ribavirin combined with intravenous dripping of Reduning;30 cases in control group were given intravenous dripping of Ribavirin alone.Clinical symptoms and time of signs improvement in 2 groups were observed after treatment.RESULTS：Total effective rate was 97.06% in observation group and 86.67% in control group（P0.05）.Clinical symptoms and time of signs improvement in observation groups were significantly better than in control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no serious ADR found in observation group,while 3 cases of leukopenia,6 cases of cardiac damage in control groups.CONCLUSION：Ribavirin combined with Reduning is effective,safe and better than Ribavirin alone in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.
