瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍控制糖尿病合并肺结核患者血糖的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍控制糖尿病合并肺结核血糖的疗效。方法:将65例糖尿病合并肺结核住院患者随机分成2组:治疗组34例给予瑞格列奈片1～2mg,tid+二甲双胍片0.25～0.5g,tid;对照组31例给予二甲双胍片0.25～0.5g,tid+格列齐特片80mg,bid。2组均连续治疗2个月。观察2组用药后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白值的变化。结果:2组用药后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著下降(P<0.05),但与对照组比较,治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.01)。另外,瑞格列奈、格列齐特均能促进早期胰岛素分泌。结论:瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍片治疗糖尿病合并肺结核具有协同作用,可较好地控制血糖,同时采取合理抗结核治疗,能提高肺结核的治愈率,副作用少,依从性好。OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Repaglinide tablet and Metformin tablet in the treatment of diabetic patients with tuberculosis.METHODS:65 diabetes inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into 2 groups:34 patients in treatment group were given Repaglinide tablet 1～2 mg and Metformin tablet 0.25～0.5 g 3 times a day;31 patients in control group were given Metformin tablet 0.25～0.5 g and Repaglinide tablet 80 mg,bid.The treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 2 months.The change of blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were observed.RESULTS:The fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.01).Repaglinide and gliclazide could promote early insulin secretion.CONCLUSION:Repaglinide tablet and Metformin tablet have a synergistic effect on diabetes combined with pulmonary tuberculosis and obtain better blood glucose control.It can improve the cure rate of tuberculosis with less side effects and good compliance.
