盐酸左氧氟沙星软膏联合rhEGF治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸左氧氟沙星软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(rhEGF)治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者压疮的临床疗效。方法:将56例压疮患者均分为2组:治疗组采用盐酸左氧氟沙星软膏联合rhEGF治疗;对照组仅采用rhEGF治疗,观察、对比2组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星软膏联合rhEGF治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者压疮具有协同作用,临床疗效、安全性较好。OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride ointment plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel(rhEGF) on treating bedsore of traumatic spinal cord injury Patients.METHODS:56 cases of bedsore patients were randomly divided into the experiment group(28 cases) and control group(28 cases).The patients in the experiment group were treated by levofloxacin hydrochloride ointment plus rhEGF.While the patients in the control group treated by rhEGF,and comparative observation on effects of 2 groups after treatment.RESULTS:The total effective of experiment group was 93.7% while control group was 73.3%.Significant differences were found between the 2 groups(P<0.01),and healing time of experiment group was noticeably shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant ADR found in 2 groups.CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin hydrochloride ointment plus rhEGF has synergistic effects on treating bedsore of traumatic spinal cord injury patients and good clinical effect and high security.
